Around 1400 crews from Lyons Fire Company were called out to a working field fire on Clay Valley Rd.  Brush 35 arrived on location to find 2 acres already involved with a spreading fire.  Brush 35 headed off the fire while Tanker 35 wet down hot spots as well as replenished Brush 35's water.  Crews were on scene untill around 1600.  This fire was caused by a homeowner burning in a barrel.  Please refrain from burning at times of a VERY HIGH Fire Danger, especially at times of a RED FLAG WARNING!!!
